When we think about working out, being active, and getting some physical fitness in, what comes to mind?


Is it a part of our day that we look forward to?

Is it a part of our day that we dread or try to find ways to put off?

How we see exercise and think about physical fitness makes a major impact on our ability to stay consistent in staying healthy!

Our challenge this week is to notice the way we think about and see ourselves exercising and being physically fit. Is there a mindset shift we can make to hit our goals and stay consistent?
