Today I sit down with David Boyd. As you will learn, Boyd has so many experiences that are unique and relatable to the rest of us. Whether it's taking his mountain bike off jumps at the local park, snowboarding, lifting heavy weights, running marathons, or coaching others, he uses fitness as a way to enjoy life to the fullest.
We talk about his experiences with health and fitness and how the different jobs he has played have determined the types of exercise habits he has kept. We talk about how doing challenging things in and out of the gym allow you to build confidence overall.
