At The Horse Shoe Farm, you will have the opportunity to participate in sessions to connect with your breath and move to re-discover inner strength and all the capabilities you already possess.
Guided personal growth activities, led by leaders in their craft, will help you examine where you are now in your life and assist you in discovering where you want to go.
This weekend experience is designed to help you disconnect from technology and reconnect with the greatest gift you have, your mind and body.
Who will be leading this adventure?

Brad is passionate about the potential in each and every person and has continued to find ways to help individuals and groups bring that best self consistently to their work, relationships, and goals. He has studied human performance through the lens of athletic counseling where he built his foundation on helping individuals identify who they are at their best and then bringing that out each day. Over the years, he's continued to build his knowledge and practice by immersing himself in the fields of mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and behavior change.
He is utilizing his diverse experiences to design a unique adventure that will combine all of the areas most important for humans to thrive and package the content in a weekend getaway format to allow you to reconnect with who you are and create a path for "becoming" in 2023.

Yoga brought her a sense of peace and self discovery that she had never experienced before. Jen knew very quickly that sharing yoga with others was going to be her life’s passion.
While working on her personal training certification in 2014, Jen took a chance and added Hatha Yoga teacher training to her radar. Quickly thereafter, she began working with private clients for both yoga and general health and fitness. Jen was invited to work with the former professional soccer team the Carolina Railhawks (now NCFC), focusing on yoga for athletes, including injury prevention, muscular recovery, breath work, joint health, and improved
flexibility and mobility.
In 2015, Jen decided to take her yoga for athletes teachings a step further and embarked on studying with Sage Rountree in Carrboro, North Carolina, completing her Yoga for Athletes teacher training. Soon after, Jen continued to learn under Sage and her team, earning her RYT 200. She loves teaching vinyasa flow, deep stretch, yoga with weights, gentle flow, and playing with rhythmic sequencing.
Where is the retreat?
The beautiful and serene country setting at The Horse Shoe Farm will be the location for this wellness retreat. Located in Hendersonville, NC, this 85-acre riverfront escape is the perfect place to unwind. With luxurious accommodations for rest, a relaxing spa, and chef-prepared meals, you can be sure that the retreat will not only provide you with a place for personal reflection and discovery but also allow you to relax knowing you're in great hands.

The Horse Shoe Farm provides houses with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a shared kitchen and common area with other retreat participants. For the retreat, the Stable House has five bedrooms spread across a 4,000 square-foot space, and the Willow House has three bedrooms spread across a 3,000 square-foot home. What to expect
The goal of this retreat is to provide an opportunity for you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the vision you have for yourself. Each day will include a cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Silo Cookhouse. You will have the opportunity to move in the Sanctuary and Sunset Barn with a variety of body weight workouts, yoga, and mindful movement that will meet you at your current fitness level. You can take advantage of the spa on-site and book treatments to enhance your relaxation and reconnection with yourself. Enjoy time in the Farmhouse with pool and ping pong tables along with other games. We will also enjoy evening fires with s'mores. Beyond the activities on the property, you will be guided through five personal growth and development sessions to set your intention for 2023. Over the weekend, each personal growth session will have a dedicated theme: Presence, Insight, Wisdom, Vision, and Become. The balance of programmed experiences and free time to explore will allow you to connect with with yourself!
